Bockfest is Cincinnati’s annual celebration of spring, Over-the-Rhine’s brewing heritage and bock beer. It stumbles into its 31st year on March 3-5, 2023, in Over-the-Rhine’s historic Brewery District and is presented by Sonder Brewing. This is the oldest and largest German-style bock beer festival in the United States. And quite the freaky show; an odd amalgam of German heritage, monks, lent and madcap weirdness, it must be experienced.

And we couldn’t be happier to again be a part of this party. We play 7-8:30 at Bockfest Hall (at Findlay Playground, 1811 Vine Street) Saturday night as part of the Billygoat Ball. Come early and check out:

After us, the night finishes with Audio Graffiti. Which is great because our own Allison Wonderland had tickets to a show at 8 across town, so she did us (and Bockfest) a solid by agreeing to play and miss some of…Air Supply? Never heard of them. (Must be one of those new wave acts.)
